GO PADDLING - GO ON GIVE IT A GO!

Have you seen canoeing on the television or in the Olympics and want to give canoeing a try?
Do you want to start canoeing as a new family activity?
Inspired by the Beijing Olympcs, Canoe England's clubs have organised a series of taster sessions for absolute beginners.
You don't need experience, kit or special skills and it doesn't matter if you're 8 years old or 80 years old - so what are you waiting for?
Canoeing (or paddling as some people call it) is a great activity, for everyone, you can relax in a boat and view nature in the surrounding area or you can make it a real challenge and use it as a work out.
There are lots of different types of canoeing which means there will be something for everyone's personal taste.
Clubs are run by volunteers and taster sessions are based around when volunteers can put these taster on. Not all clubs in the club finder (separate page) are taking part, because they might not have volunteers or support staff.
Attached below is a list of clubs that are taking part in Canoe England's Go Paddling Scheme.
