The BCU is undertaking an investigation into the events and circumstances which led to the recent withdrawal of access agreement on the River Ure from Black Robin Beck to Sleningford Water Mill.
The BCU wishes to work with the riparian owners and parties involved to help resolve this matter so that paddlers may return to this stretch of the river which they have long enjoyed.
In the meantime we ask all paddlers to respect the riparian owners current decision and await further guidance and advice from the BCU. Please refer to the Canoe England website for updates and further information.
